This is a false and misleading show promoter. The website is http://www.iem-events.com/. The company is owned by Daniel Merandi and Mark Daniels. They advertised a holiday & gift show at the Pasadena Convention Center, Pasadena, CA. They emailed me a floor plan showing the entire convention center was leased. I found out that only half was really being used. I called customer service and they said they would refund my money. Now, no answers by phone or email. I am taking them to small claims court.
