I was told I would recieve a Visa card with 1100.00 credit limit. I called for serveral days before I decided to do this and ask questions. I was told I could use the card any place in the us at any store. I called and spoke with Rebecca serveral times. When I decided to go thru with this, they chanaged it fee from 69.00 to 39.00. I still have the e-mail. They even gave me the last 4 numbers of the credit card. How do I get my 39.00 back. Please help. Evelyn Dorris. (Personal Information Removed)
