The Flexcard Program has a credit card offer, backed by VISA, logo included, that has a $1100 or $2200 credit line. Since it is backed by VISA, I just asked them to send me a card with a $5000 credit line. Hey, it has the VISA logo, so it must be legit. VISA would never rip me off.
