Do not order from this place, they are a rip off. Take your money, send no product internet

I ordered from this company after christmas to replace a broken gift. They took my money immediately and said the gift (a toy claw machine) would be sent out within the next 3 days. I was suprised when I spoke with my son and found out if had not been recieved yet, That was over 3 weeks ago now and no claw machine has ever arrived. I have sent several emails and only have gotten preset emails back that say I will get an answer within 3 days. Now I can not even get into their site to put in my order number to check on the status! Obviously this is a problem many people are having by the looks of the complaints on your site.

Unfortunately this company is still online and open for business. Someone need to stop this immediately.
