Failed to deliver order after charging my credit card abd does not answer emails or calls

I ordered my daughter's favorite protein drink from the A1 Nutrition website and never received it. However the company billed my credit card immediately. The order status notes that the order was processed but there is no further information.

I have sent emails to their customer service which promises a reply within 48 hours and have never heard back from them. I called the number listed for them on my credit card bill and it rang 10-20 times with no answer or answering machine.

I think that this company is nothing but a scam and don't understand why the local police department would not take complaints on this scam operation in their city.

The amount of money was only$55.00 but these days every penny counts and this is very frustrating.
