Miscellaneous

I returned a camera with the original receipt on January 4 that I received as a Christmas gift. It was purchased in September for $139.99 & tax and they would only give me a credit for $100.00 & tax since it was now on sale. They stated it was bought too long ago for me to receive the full credit and absolutely refused to do anything about it. I understand their policy, but because it was a Christmas gift, I believe they should have given me a full credit since I obviously had no way of returning it before Christmas. I also understand this is only $40, but it's the principle. I'm not asking for cash or a credit to a credit card - I will be spending it at Best Buy. I have e-mailed customer service several times and basically received the run-around. I have all the documented e-mails between myself and BB.
