I bought a magic jack plus last October. A black ethernet cable was missing which I needed to plug into my computer. I could not find an email address on their site or a contact phone number. I was getting a runaround so I did research on the internet and found other people who had the same problem. I finally found some phone numbers. One was 570-708-8780. Every time I called I got a message that said the mailbox so I could not leave a message. I called 561-586-2328 after numerous attempts I was unable to talk to someone. After almost giving up I finally got to talk to someone who gave me chat room information. I called chat room and I got a runaround. Finally I was told return period had expired. I tried on numerous occasions to contact Magic jack but was unable to. I did not give. I went online and found other people were unable to contact magic jack when they had a problem. On Issue number LTK 554031356715x Irene the site operator that the black ethernet cable was missing. She said there was not record of me buying magic jack plus. However, I talked to Wells Fargo and they told me Magic jack took out 77.90 from my account for magic jack plus. The line went dead. I tried numerous times to get back on the site but they would not let me back in. They make it difficult to contact them if there is a problem and then when you finally contact them they said the return period has expired. They made sure it has expired by preventing people from contacting them. I am filing a claim with Wells Fargo bank and with my attorney David Miles. I have legal insurance called Legal Shield David Miles is my provider law firm. I do not want my money back. All i want is the missing black etherent cable so i can plug it into the wall socket. Magic Jack took out $77.90 on 10/05/1011. The monetary damages are $77.90. I want to keep magic jack plus. All I want is for Magic jack to sent me the missing ethernet cable. Today's date is January 18 not 01/05. You put in the wrong date to the top of the screen. Today is 01/18.
