Rene Pidgeon was my tenant for a couple of months. He converted my luxury apartment into a dump addict. He burned curtains made the place mess and did I mentioned that he was not paying his rent! Not even his security deposit! All of his checks were bounced and I got the eviction through the BC tenancy board!

His brother Alex is his accomplice. He uses his company title as a reference while indeed he is nothing but a jobless poor addict!

Landlords, be careful! He comes with a very high end car which apparently is his brother's. His reference is his brother pretending to be his previous landlord!
