I ordered liposum fromtbw, on the understanding I was only paying for a FREE TRIAL, meaning that I was only paying for the p p. I received the product within a week, and several days later I was billed for £73, the £4.95 package and post. I contacted the company, but they said that it states in their rules that it is a 12 day trial, and you have to cancel it within the 12 days otherwise they charge the full price. How can it be free trial. I ask myself, if paying full price. This is misleading the consumer, as there were no details whatsoever to explain their policys. I am taking it further.
