I placed an order for a free trial of Bella genix and vella and company claims that I need only to pay for shipment US $4.95 for each item. The Company did not inform consumer have to pay for full amount of us$99.95 for each product after 14 days of trial period. If company post on ads that its free trial and need only pay for shipping free why should company make consumer pay for the full price of US$99.95 after 14days trial period? This is purely fraud, cheating! What I have authorized to deduct from my card is US$4.95 not US$99.95. They have no right to deduct from my card this amount of US$199.80!
To add to it I received the trial product exactly on the 14th day! And along with it is the company letter stating that starting 45 days from my original order date of the 14day trial offer & every 30days thereafter they will send me a new jar & I will be charged at US$89.95 US$4.95 shipment fee! What rubbish? I never agrees to all these???!!! This is all a SCAM!
I sent them a letter with a copy of the letters received along with the items but they claimed they could not trace the records and want the original details!!! This is clear cheat

Is there any consumer association to look into this matter?
