My card was used without my knowledge on a "trial" cost of $4.99 and as soon as I found out I emailed them and canceled within the 15 days they said you could cancel and not be charged any more. I still have their email reply acknowledged the cancellation and no further charges to my account. To my surprise I checked my account and they did indeed took out $69.95. I am disabled and live on $729.00 a month and cannot afford to be taken advantage of.
