Signed up to the trial, not realising it was going to come from abroad. I then got a call from my visa company, in order to verify a transaction from this company for £70, as they suspected abnormal activity as it appeared to be taken by a company in Malta. I got hold of this company (on a premium rate number) and they advised that I had received an email explaining the terms and conditions (and apparently had accepted when I ordered). I did NOT receive an email, but they still insist on taking my money. The next day I received a note from my local postal depot saying that it was waiting for collection, and that I owed £16.95 customs charge. I will not be collecting this. The agent at BioSamatic was extremely rude, and even put the phone down on me, but advised I will not be getting any refund. They said they have cancelled my order going forward (but have received no email confirming this).
Letter of complaint coming up, but I suspect a scam.
