I purchased trial sizes of Revitaderm and Perfect Radiance paying shipping charges only - less than £6. It sounded too good to be true but I scanned the website and there was no tricky small print so I went ahead. I was shocked, therefore, to discover that over £155 had been taken from my bank account. I googled the product (should have done that before I placed the order!) and found reams of complaints from similarly scammed customers. I took the advice of demondiva from this website and phoned the company on 0808 1683684. I did exactly as demondiva advised: politely explaining that what the company had done was unlawful. The agent tried to speak to me about terms and conditions but I told her I would forward my complaint to the financial ombudsman, the FSA and the police. She then spoke to a supervisor and within minutes had agreed to reimburse my money and not take any more. I have now received an email confirming that my account will be reimbursed within 3-5 days and another email confirming that no further money will be taken. I was ready for a battle but it was actually incredibly easy and the agent was very polite. Thank you demondiva. Very good advice that I urge you all to follow
