These holidays I spent vacation on USA and bought my first MK handbag, according to receipt the model is “885949549304 N/S TOTE/BLACK/NS Size: NS Style: 35T1MTT3Z”.
I bought the handbag on December, 28th. I came back to Brazil on January 7th and used the handbag for the first time.in the end of the same day I noticed the bag looked like was “peeling”. Its discoloring in some points, turning into a gray color. It seems like the bag was painted with a fragile and superficial ink, that is peeling off.
When the product was bought in Las Vegas the salesperson told me the items of Michel Kors are under guarantee, so its possible to be replaced.
I`m sending email to the customer service, but dont have any answer.
