Hello, i been scammed in craigslist the supposed seller Named Edgar Butler was selling a Ford F-150 2004 for the total of $2,790. And we started talking about the truck and i have been asking about his contact info to give him a call but this is what he said: - _ Right now I'm in a military base of Nebraska Army National Guard. Due to military security reasons I'm restricted from leaving the unit's facility under any purpose and have strictly limited phone access. I hope you can understand that we will have to stick to email for now. The truck is here with me at the base but I’ve already made all the arrangements with DAS to pick it up from the base. DAS will also handle the title transfer for an extra $75.00. I think the truck will be in 3-5 days to your address. As I said in my first email will take care of shipping charges. I will send all necessary paperwork (clear title, bill of sale, user’s manual, pink slip etc). Regarding the payment I want to use eBay protection program. You'll get 5 days to inspect and test drive after delivery. During that 5 days testing period I will not be getting any money. Once you inspect and decide to keep the truck, will confirm your decision with eBay and only then they will re-route me the money.in this way we are both protected.
I need to know if you are interested in buying it so I can ask eBay to send you the details on how this works. I have to fill out a form on eBay and I need the name that will go on the title and an address where you want the truck delivered. Once I do it, eBay will email you all the details on this transaction and we can get the ball rolling.

So then i thought this man is is leaving to Afghanistan becuase he was deployed from the military by the end of this month and i went on to craigslist to search for the truck once again to take a look of it and i could not believe that the truck was not yet to be found and they most mysterious part of this is that he did not make any type of deal with me he started sending me this INVOICE E-mails bout the total and that the truck will be arriving at my address to 3-5 days. &in this link they had send me the same email but this time they were selling a ford f-150 2004 for the amount of $2,790.. The price was to good to be true and very weird i have'd asked this military man to give me his contact info but he said he was restricted from leaving the base for any purpose's and he had strictly phone access and another thing was that in craigslist he said he had the truck in orlando and at the second email he said he had in nebraska, lincoln i was so happy in buying this truck and i had the money done and ready he asked me to send it directly to western union and that i had to fax it!!! Like about 11:45 pm the western union agent services called saying that if i do know that this is a fraud from the seller and if i knew this person by face to face so i checked my email and it said that the supposed agent daniel julian sands could not receive the total payment and that i need to contact the western union to unlock the payment for the agent to receive the total payment so then i called the western union and asked is ebay motor's and craigslist associated with western union and the agent said no sorry that's why had to call you so you can be aware of this that this is a fraud and that you don't know this person by face to face luckily this person did not receive this payment and you can get your money back as a fund - now than god that i have my money back i will never trust those sites again &never accept to buy a motor by craigslist unless if you see that person face to face and if it's by the internet when they want to use a program called in
ebay protection program and to send it to the western union this only means that it is a (fraud) a scammer - and here were the steps that he asked me how to do the payment! Buyers be aware of scammers! - dear * *
