We did not sign up for this service and have tried unsuccessfully to challenge the past charges. Will now go through our credit card company challenge & denial process. Savings ace is elusive, arbitrary, obtuse, and non-responsive when discussing this with them on the phone. Every time we call we feel scammed again by thier unwillingness to listen to the facts.
