Bad accounting - Service Charges - Service Charge Refunds - savings account

On a childs linked savings account, whereby the primary balances are more than enough to preclude montly balance service charges; PNC persistently tapped a savings account $10/mo. While they refunded the initial charges and stated it would not happen again, additional monthly charges followed. On second call, they refunded additional service charges, but missed two (2). So... Not only did they not follow through as stated, they failed due dilligence in auditing the account and refunding all charges. What a scam! If I can't trust PNC with a $400 savings account, what good are they? Seriously!
