I ordered a trial for both products and paid for the shipping.
I received the products with an insert apologizing for the delay due to the holidays.

I checked my credit card statement to learn that 158.00 was charged.

I called the company to tell them I never had the opportunity to test the product because I just received it so I should not be charged 158.00.

They cancelled my order and told me I would get a credit. I have no proof of getting one. I disputed the charges with my credit card company.
