Like other individuals, I ordered samples of 3 products from Aqualift & Vitaderm for which I paid about $5 in shipping charges. Over 2 weeks later, I still hadn't received the products and then went on holiday for several weeks. While I was away, I checked my credit card account, I found charges totalling approximately $200 had been debited to my account and were due to continue on a monthly basis. When I contacted the company, I was told because I hadn't cancelled my account within 14 days of the submission of the original order (I hadn't even received anything at that point), the total cost of the products was due and if it was within 30 days of the original order, I would be subject to charges for an additional month. When I finally got the accounts cancelled, they offered to send me further product at a considerably lower price (about 1/4 of the original cost). I would never get involved with these companies again and would warn anybody else considering ordering anything from them to give it serious re-thought.
