I noticed a charge made on 12-16-11 and again on 1-13-12 for 24.95 on each date that did not look familiar. I to call the number provided by my credit card for the 12-16 charge and got what was supposedly the answering service who also told me she could take my number and have someone call me back. I contacted my credit card company's fraud department to dispute and close the account.
