I ordered a sample. Just received sample and have already been billed for next shipment. I tried to call number. Busy. I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute.?

I ordered sample of Colon Cure on December 23 for shipping charges of $3.95. I just received the sample this week (January 8). I now already have a charge of $87.31 on my credit card. I tried to call the number provided 801-208-7485 to let them know I didn't want another shipment because I haven't tried the first one yet. Number was busy. I called my credit card number to dispute the charge and was informed the number is not a valid number. I am filing a dispute and hopefully this will be resolved.
