I was searching for Goverment grants for my small business. When I googled it, Centre for Small Business Financing came up. It appeared to be a goverment website. I filled out my name and contact information to receive more information about grants. They contacted me later that day, gave me information in how to obtain the application forms for small business grants. They told me it was $275.00 for access to the forms. There is no access to forms, the only thing that I found was a phone # for the Business Bank of Canada. Who do not handle grants. Then I received a letter stating my payment Terms: 2 Monthly Payments, 1. $350.00 2. $345.00 off of my credit card. I contacted the company asking for my money back. They told me there is no refunds.
