They were so nice to me when I called. Spent $5700.00 for a full system. Bought everything they said I needed. After Install I was getting 15 watts maximum at 25 MPH wind speed. They BS'd me until the credit card window for complaining had closed. Real professional crooks! Then they told me I was a nut bar and to go * off. Filled a complaint with Symore BBB who said they had an F - rating and that they had already called the attorney generals office. I am waiting for a refund when the state attorney sues them. All ripped off people are encouraged to get on the list for the Missouri State Attorney General at the Spring Field field office at (417) 895-6567.
