Repeated Phone Calls

I keep receiving phone calls from Card Services, stating that it is urgent for me to call to have my interest rate lowered. I have told them that I am not interested; but they just call back the next day. The most recent call dates are listed above. They have been automated calls; but we pressed the number indicating that we want our name/number to be removed. Supposedly that is done; but then they call back on a different phone line. The 2 numbers they have used is 1-503-563-0081 and 1-567-248-4400 - the latest indicated that her name was Rachel. I do not pay any interest on my accounts, as I always pay the balance. I also consider these calls a form of harrassment.
