US CC Group has also called numerous times using other Caller ID names as well. Account Services, Credit Card Services, Cardholder Services, Card Member Services, Credit Card Services, Card Services, US CC Services. Also used probably up to at least 100 'throw away' numbers too... All to get around the FTC laws and either scam or harass people!!!

I have filed complaints against their harassing calls each time (DNC REgistry, FTC, FCC, IC3. Gov, BBB) as well as repeatedly tell them to stop calling! Yet, they repeatedly call. They have consistently been violating several FCC laws as well: often made calls to numbers on the national do-not-call list, keep calling you even if you tell them to stop, refuse to provide any information about who they are, call cellphones, use auto-dialers to play prerecorded messages... To name but a few. These also happen to be the same bunch that the FCC cited in violation back in yet they apparently disregard any laws and have obviously ignored the citation. The automated voice on the other end either identifies itself as "Heather" or Rachel" They need to be shut down!!!
