Legal Help Services Fraudulent attorneys robbing customers

I received an email from this company on December 23 thanking me for my membership (which i did not authorize) and letting me know that a one time fee of 24.99 would be taken from my account. I immediately contacted the company via phone and email from that day until well after the new year as the email states that if i wanted a refund i would need to contact them within 30 days. On January 3 i was finally able to reach someone in their customer service department named Vanessa Martinez who informed me that the company had decided that as of the first of the year they would not be refunding the fee. After several phone calls and arguments with Ms. Martinez, she agreed to have the fee refunded to my account. On January 10 the fee was refunded and on January 13 the check that was refunded to my account from the company bounced and was returned causing an additional 19.00 fee from my bank. I then contacted the customer service line again at 888-552-3854 and spoke to John Berk who informed me that the company had decided to close out the account in order to ensure that people who "inadvertently" checked a box on a website would not get their fee back even after they agreed to refund customers. Neither customer service rep is able to give the name of anyone higher than themselves to speak to within the company and when asked who they work for they hang up without answering. This company is a complete fraud! Please help me in anyway you can! I'm sure i am not the only person they have stolen funds from without the customers permission or knowledge.
