Miscellaneous

Last year I ordered flowers from Pro Flowers. I was offered free shipping by going to a website called Freeshipping.com. I do not recall the terms, but, the customer representative tells me that I agreed to a trial membership of 30 days and was to cancel the membership if I did not wish to use the service with other purchases from cooperating businesses. Well, I have not purchased any flowers since, and I am just realizing that there has been a $12.97 charge to my debit card for the last 11 months! I called the 866-3260584 and spoke to the customer service rep and explained the situation. She offered, as a courtesy, to refund the last 4 months charges. I asked her what she could do with the other 8 months, that I did not receive any benefit from. She said that it was like signing up for a fitness program at a local gym, and not showing up for the sessions. That was the best that she could do.
