I ordered what was supposed to be a "sale" Barbour bag. They said it would take 7 to 10 days. It never arrived, I emailed them, they said it would take longer because of the holidays (evethisough the holidays were over at this point). Then I emailed again and they told me the order was lost and then resent. Never got it, emailed again, said it was lost again. Finallt i told them I wanted my account credited and "order" cancelled, they tried to tell me they had to track the packge and would have to charge me for restocking. DO NOT but from them!!! 111
