I ordered a barbour caithness tweed jacket on the 20th jan. On the 16th Feb i received a very large blue jacket which was not a barbour!!! I am very dissapointed and have emailed this site but like yourselves i have had no reply. Does anyone know how we go about retrieving our lost money!!!
