My account no is 5219687558. I have an account in hydrabad. On 1st Jan cheque no 158025 for Rs 11050 god dishonured due to post date issue. As i shifted from the hydrabad to Bangalore I contacted city band customer care officer and they told me the cheque is with them only. I requested them to send the cheque on the alternative address. They game me some enquiry no 5513019670. When i did n't receive the cheque till 8th jan i contacted them further to know about the cheque they told me the cheque is still with the bank and they are about to send. Then again a new enquiry no is generated in that regard 5513014489 with an assurence that i would get the cheque till 10th jan. When i didn't receive the cheque on till 10th evening i again contacted them they said the same things that the cheque was with them. On 12th i contacted them they told me that the cheque is delivered to my alternative address on 10th jan.
They had given me tracking no 40395849896. When i tried to track this couries then i came to know that this cheque was delived to hydrabad on 3rd of jan to some, Mr Atul whome i don't know. I am not able to understand how somedody else can receive my couries on his behalf. The no that i have used for citybank customer case is 04066662484.

If this people have given me the correct information i have done something to received that cheque.
