Did not refund money and did not honor order that was placed

I placed an order on 7/3. I was told this item was a back order after making my payment and
that it would 5-7 business days for the item to come in. The item never arrived
and I called this company to cancel my order and request a refund on 7/23.
I was told in an email that it can take any where from 1-5 business days to
refund the money. Last week I made several calls to this company and I was told
sorry for the delay but we will get you on our priority list for the refund. I
still have not received a refund yet
