On November 27th I purchased, a 4087 Modern Leather Sectional Sofa with Recliners online for the amount of 1,630.16. Unfortunately, at that time the furniture was on back-order
due to high demand. After weeks of waiting, my husband and I decided to cancel our purchase and do business with another company. On their website it clearly states hassel free returns, cancel anytime. Our first attempt was December 12th threw
the customer service number at (866) 397-0933 where the representative informed us we had to submit a claims online in order to make a cancelation. On December 19th we made
our second attempt by email to manager"Art Mat" to cancel our order. We had not recieved a phone call nor email in two weeks time, so we made a third attempt on December 31st 2011 again requesting our order to be canceled. Late night January 3rd we recieved a phone call informing us the couches were here and were going to dropped off the next morning. We asked why our order was not canceled, it was only the delivery man but stated he would charge us an additional $800 to return the furniture to the store. We called and emailed numerous of times and the manager dodged our request for cancelation. When we finally were able to get ahold of him Jan 12 he hung up during the conversation. When we called back he was "away from his desk." la furniture store lied about never receiving our emails or calls and they pretty much stole our money. We have proof of emails and phone records proving how many times we have tried to resiolve this issue. Not once do you see a response to both!!!
