RipOff, Dishonest and fraudulent billing on credit card without service

Last year we tried to use their printing services to enlarge and print some documents. One of our staff's during that time used their website to upload some pictures files to be printed enlarged. However their web site failed with errrors in the final confirmation after getting the credit card information.

We did not receive any confirmation either through e-mail or through any other form.

So we decided this was a unprofessional company, out there with some fake website without any business. Because nobody even cared to callus back. We tried reaching them several times and no one would answer the phone. Few times someone answered, they transfered you all over the place and finally got hung up.

I have also read some other reports of them online, that they have tried several times to charge customers credit card without proper authorization. Some customers even reported that they found unauthorized charges on their credit cards, after giving this ccompany their card online.

So please do not use this company for any of their services. They are completely fraudulent (seems like a middle eastern owned) company ripping of customers and possibly also trying to sell credit card information to others.

Till this time we never got our money back.
