I ordered a pair of ugg boots and they took my payment, they sent me an email stating my order info and payment info, the email stated they would send me a username and password so i could track my order, however i never recieved any other email from them neither have i recieved my boots! I have tried emailing them on a number of occasions but emails keep bounching back to me. There is no response from them what so ever! I dont know what to do now? We cant afford to lose this amount of money, the boots were a xmas present from my husband.
