Placed an order for a pair of boots from what appeared to ba a UK based website. Had my doubts straight after due to the number of misspellings in the confirmation email. Received a note in two days stating the boots I had chosen were no longer available. When I requested a refund I was the processing time for a refund is a month - delays blamed on realypay. A week on I have received no refund and no confirmation that the refund was issued. The boots are still advertised on the website as available. I have since found other websites (all selling ugg boots) that lead to the same payment page: www.ukcheapugg.co.uk, www.buyuggsaustralia.co.uk. Don't be a fool like me and do not buy your stuff from these websites - it's a scam! If in doubt, message the site first with an information request. All three replied to me with the same email alias - fwef inku.
