Did a trial for 2.95 on january 9th at 905pm EST and called january 12th at 11:00am EST to cancel and they charged my account 29.95 saying the 3 day trial had expired. When I called to cancel the lady was trying to offer me 15$ refund saying she was doing a favor as they can't refund money I told her no I wanted my 29.95 back and she went on saying that the 3 days had expired in which they hadn't as I tried to explain to her but she just wanted to argue. I asked for a supervisor and she told me he'd be busy all day and I asked for higher up management telephone and she said there wasn't any. I contacted the bank to cancel my card so they couldn't charge again. The number I contacted them at is 1-888-613-1485. I tried the 8666100652 but it is not a working number.
