Undislosed information in initial order phone call and then called back for more money claiming they lost my cc information then charged me after I told them I wanted to cancel

I first ordered by the email sent to me. Someone called me to complete the sale. I was stupid and did not read all of the information on the page but no one in cs said anything about the 14 days and they would charge me 89.31 and send me more monthly automatically. I never received the bottle I paid only shipping for after 8 or 9 days and then they called me and said they lost my cc information and would like to offer me another free bottle for just shipping if I could give them my cc information again. I could barely understand the person I was speaking to and I asked for a manager that was easier to understand. He again explained that they lost my credit card information and wanted to give me another bottle just for shipping. I was highly frustrated at this point and I told them to just cancel my whole order I was not interested in their product and to take my inforamtion out of the system. Then 2 days later I receive the first bottle of trial pills the charge for $3.95 appears on my card and 2 days latter so does a $89.31 charge. I tried to call and of course it is a Saturday and they are not working. THIS IS A SCAM!
