They start your 30 day trial period before it is even shipped. I tried to get a return authorization on 1/11. I ordered it on 12/10. They do not tell you or ordering that the 30 day trial period starts on day you order. They shipped on 12/15 & I received on 12/20 I tried to get permission on 1/11 to return. But it is too late — said 30 day trial period was over. I pointed out that it was not even shipped until 12/15 they then say they will check, please hold. They never come back.
