I was looking for a SMALL payday advance loan. At the end of the application, it referred me to the "advertisement" for Pmc. I did not fill out any type of application for pmc. Several days later I received notice that pmc, SOMEHOW, drew-up a check on my account and withdrew $99.49 from my checking account. This caused me to be "OVERDRAWN". The bank charged me an additional $33.00 ad $6.00/per day in overdraft fees. I contacted pmc and they "politely" told me that they had cancelled the order and allow 5 to 15 business days for them to payback the money they "STOLE" from me. That conversation took place on12/23. As of today (01.11.2012), I have NOT received my refund as promised. I have tryed to contact them via phone on (7) seperate occasions, but they have NOT returned ANY of my phone calls. They have given me 2 different e-mail addresses neither of which were valid. I just called again and talked with a Ms. Garcia. She informend me she was just the telephone operator and could only take "brief" messages. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she told me that Ms. Wendy was busy helping other "customers". I feel that pmc STOLE money from my checking account! I am on disability which means a "fixed" income. The charges and loss of funds, etc., has now caused me to become delinquent in my rent and I now face being evicted from my apartment!!! I am very, very serious!!! I don't know what I am going to do now!!!
