Stole fees from my bank account

USA Credit withdrew funds from my checking acount without my knowledge until I received overdraft fees. When I called to complain, I was told that I had authorized the charges. I asked at that time if there were other charges and was told that I could receive some additional correspondence and I would need to decline the additional charges at that time. The additional charges were charged to my account days before I actuall received the information to decline the charges. Again, I found it when my account incurred more overdraft fees.
I was recently laid off and now is not a good time for me to just give up funds like these.
