Received the same solicitation letter that appears to be a mandatory fee in order to be compliant. Since I am the ONLY employee in my small business this seemed ridiculous but FOR THE RECORD, IF you need to post CA labor laws in your workplace you can find the posters online for as low as $9.95. Then I found this website and others with the numerous complaints about this being a scam and thankfully did not spend any money. As a new small business or home owner, you receive many phishing scams... Research them all!!!
