At first I panicked and then I read the document at it says in the bottom *THIS IS NOT A BILL. This is a solicitation. YOU ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO PAY THE AMOUNT STATED ABOVE.
I went online and found this website with people who received the same letter as me. Thank you Scambook and to everyone who spoke up to let other small businesses owners know this is a scam.
