I have a contract with ATT for three cell phones. The service is horrible. I have written emails. I have called numerous times, they never help me. They want to charge me a huge termination fee.in my opinion they are one of the most EVIL companies I have ever had to deal with. They WON'T help me!!! I have dropped calls, Emergency Service Only and No Service messages all the time on my cell phone. I have complained and complained and they absolutely have done NOTHING to help. When I had Centennial, I never had any problems. I don't understand why I have so many problems with ATT. I am so frustrated that I could have a heart attack! I think SATAN must be running this company. I have text messages that never get through to me for days. They just have, in my opinion, incredibly bad customer service. I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE! They absolutely don't help. I had a case started but nothing came of it. They scrubbed it and told me I never started a case. They are tremendous liars, in my opinion. They probably scrubbed my emails too and my numerous phone calls to customer service for help. I am certain they get rid of all evidence of their negligence so that if you try to sue them, there won't be any evidence. I ABSOLUTELY HATE this company.
