I was reviewing my credit card charges online when I saw a charge from Instant Checkmate.com. I DID NOT contact this company, as a matter of fact I've never heard of them before seeing the charge online. I called them and complained about the charge and the supervisor said two things. One, they would refund my charge of $39.63 and cancel the account. Second, they would take the information they have and report it to their fraud unit for resolution.
