I was surfing the web and came upon this site it only showed what you could bid on so I took a chance and bidded on an IPhone they said all I had to pay was the shipping costs of $3.11. Duh after stupid me gave them my CC info I printed out the receipt without looking at the 2nd page until yesterday 01/09 when I was wondering when I'd get my phone that's when I read their terms. They billed my credit card the $99.99 and were going to bill it 2 more times for the next 2 months. I went round and round with Andrea, I called my CC they said there was nothing they could do because that was their policy in essence I closed the account because the 99.99 put me over my credit line and I couldn't pay the $39.00 for the cancellation fee the Fair Trade commission and/or the Attorney General of Florida should have to do something about all the people they have scammed so far.
