I bought majicjack plus in october over the interne and since I receive it I was not able to use it because I can not register the device. Hundreads of hours spent on chat with their rep but nobody solved my problem;one year of service was included with my purchase, but now after 4 month I have no phone and a majicjak plus which can not be used.
