I do not have any monetary damages. I just want to dissagree with the anonymous writer that the telephone numbers of this company are bogus. They are real. I bought three products from them during the free trial period and £6.95 handling charges. I never read the terms of agreement, a mistake most of us make.

It didnt occur to me that the money would be deducted after the trial period and over £74 for each one on monthly basis by taking delivery of the products every month. All these were in the terms of agreement that I never read before the purchase. I later read it and felt I could not continue. I called them to cancell all. They even gave me a cancellation number on phone and sent an email to inform me of the cancellation. They did cancelled them. Though, they still sent the three creams (though without direction of use) and never charged my account anymore. I never used the creams, though, because I was not sure of their safety.

The lessons are: Always read the terms of agreement before purchasing any product. Read scam report in order to assist you, though some are baseless due to failure on our own part to do what we are supposed to do before purchase.
