On the 7th December i ordered a pair of classic tall chesnut coloured UGG boots from this site as a Christmas present for my mum. The money cleared 2/3 days later and only yesterday did the boots arrive. They are absolutely disgusting. A horrible orange/yellow colour! They were in a clear plastic bag, no labels, no box, all squashed, the shape of them is ruined and clearly fake. I am so disappointed!!
