Dishonest Company

I have had this virtual terminal for over a year. I decided that I was not using the service vs the charges when I got my yearly service charge. I was told I had to send it by letter. I did it. Now I am still receiving the 50.00 a month charge and a continued 10.00 per month because I am not using the terminal. I called today - was told that since I did not cancel the policy 90 days prior to the mandatory yearly renewal that I am stuck with the 60.00 month charges until January. There ought to be able to cancel a service without an additional 600.00 worth of charges added on! I would not recommend this virtual terminal. Use paypal or another alternative.
