Payment systems is a total ripoff

I stupidly let a salesman come see me for Payment systems, Inc. He promisedno monthly fees. I could never figure out how to use their system so I called to stop the service. I started seeing charges for monthly and yearly fees. I called and got them reversed but now they have just charged me $274. Now i am told that I am being charged $124 a month for the next 22 months because of inactivity. It is also $550 to stop this service i have never used.
